The Primoplan, which was built with an optical construction of five lenses, is famous for its fantastic Butterfly-Bokeh, which swirls discreetly around the middle of the picture. Characteristic are the dreamy bokeh and the soft haze in the background. The point of interest, however, is in amazing sharpness, so that the viewer's attention is focused on where the photographer wants it to be.
